She is committed to improving long term care facilities through leadership and quality management. For the past 12 years, she has improved clinical systems, quality measures, survey outcomes, customer, and employee satisfaction for facilities in Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin. She has experience implementing clinical systems, policy & procedure, and staff development from the ground up for new Medicare Certified facilities in Ohio.
Regulatory compliance is a priority for Jennifer. She has extensive knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations. Through clinical oversight, education, and quality compliance, she has produced positive survey outcomes along with implementing a plan of correction to bring facilities into compliance.
Jennifer started her healthcare career as a teenager working as a nurses' aid. She is committed to improving long term care facilities to enhance the lives of the elderly population.
